You will be provided a Queue Board where you'll be able to manage your request queue, with instructions in how to use it. Provide all relevant details about the request: information/ media. In the comments section of your request.

Your request will be first delivered to you in a period of 48 business hours for you to review and give feedback on. This does not mean the completion of the request.

You will be provided a Whiteboard where designs will be displayed on for you to review and give feedback on through comments, notes, stickers, etc.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved the designs will be uploaded into your personal Google Drive Folder where you'll get your project files. These can include source files, pdfs or static images depending on the request.
